I think he means the sand bags that you used for terrain. At least, that what I'd really like to know.

They are from Tamiya

Unfortunately they are a little large at 1:35 scale but at that price I could not resist
The gaps are filled with bird cage sand and washed with an acrylic brown and dry brushed in a light sand.
The sand bags themselves are painted in various colours and washes from light brown through pale sand.
